I felt it was very important to prioritize the use of these shapes while creating a logo for a unifying and empowering art form, targeted towards lifelong partners.

Colour psychology is incredibly important for any branding project, and with a brief that included such humble and modest keywords, I felt it was necessary to choose a soft colour palette. The pastel red and yellow worked to provide warmth and happiness on top of the brown shades of dependability and strength; on top of the pure white wings.
